Continuing education

This seed sowing sister has been given a wonderful opportunity to help foster community with an organization that supports the arts. The reveal is still a few more weeks out as we prepare for the market season and to see where life is leading us this upcoming spring. For the past seven years we have been artisan vendors at our local farmers market located in downtown Boise,Idaho (Capital City Public Market). As the new market season approaches we look to other venues to spread our wings and our vision of engaging with others in our community. As we continue to showcase our ware throughout the treasure valley - I, in combination with my father-in-law, look towards working the land. With plenty of vendor experience under our belt - the education, research and everything else involved with working the land and potentially bringing our harvest to market - is a new venture on the horizon. For some time now I have spoken of planting fibrous plants to be pounded down into pulp for making paper. Now I look at plants for both their ornamental/decorative purposes along with their nutritious value. So - here's to continuing education.
